COMEDY EVENT

Join The Muddle Family, and have more fun than a gang of galahs up a Christmas Gum Tree! Great music, comedy, fun and games, celtic poetry, celtic dancing and prizes for best dressed celticies.

Day 1 - (MT, L, D)

We head off for our two day comedy 'Celtic Christmas in July.' We start unwinding as we drive through some of the prettiest agricultural countryside, escaping the city life, Our first stop is Kilcoy, to meet with local country ladies for true country style cooking for morning tea. We continue on towards the Booie Range, where we will visit the Bell Tower Restaurant and Distillery for a celtic BBQ style luncheon followed by liqueur tasting. In true Fun Over 50 style, we have sourced the very best venue for a relaxing and enjoyable lunch, overlooking some of the best views of the South Burnett from the top of the range. We finish our day with a visit to Pottique, showcasing country crafts; local and imported antiques; stoneware pottery; old world giftware; hundreds of bears; lavender farm and lavender products. Arrive and check-in to our quality Motel for an overnight stay before heading out for our Celtic Christmas in July Dinner & Show with the hilarious 'Muddle Family'. Enjoy traditional Christmas fare of Turkey, Pork & Ham with all the trimmings followed by Plum Pudding!

Day 2 - (MT, L, D)

This morning we visit the Kingaroy Art & Heritage Precinct which includes an information centre, Heritage Museum and Art Gallery. We continue on to Kingaroy Cheese which produces a range of soft cheeses and dairy products that have won awards at major dairy produce shows. Enjoy cheeses; Olives; Oils and Dukka before an informative guided tour through the old Butter Factory that now houses Kingaroy Cheese. Departing Kingaroy we head down to Moffatdale Ridge Winery for a surprise luncheon where a feast will be served to the table for you to share, along with some fabulous entertainment by Tenor Tom McCahon, known throughout Australia as 'Mr Versatile'. We then head for home via Nanango
