Day 1 - Monday or Wednesday (MT, L, D)

We head off from our home port for our two day comedy event, 'Celtic Christmas In July'. Join us for a fine festive feast of Scottish fun and frivolity Och! Great music, trivia, dancing & lots of laughs with that "legendary" all-round Highland entertainer, Jock Strapp, and other surprise special Scottish guests.

Sit back and enjoy the scenery of green lush valleys and giant rainforests before we stop for morning tea. We continue and reach the Scottish town of Maclean where we are treated to a wonderful lunch at the Maclean Hotel. Time afterwards to browse the main street and nic nac shops on the look-out for tartan or Scottish memorabilia for tonight's event! We then take a short drive into beautiful Yamba to check-in at our Motel for an overnight stay. Tonight be ready for a great night out with 'Jock Strapp' and friends! On arrival at our venue in Maclean we are greeted by the Pipe Band, and are escorted to the function by the Pipers. Imagine the venue decked out in Tartan and Christmas delights whilst enjoying traditional Christmas fare of Turkey, Baked Ham, Pork, Crackling and all the trimmings.

Day 2 - (B, MT, L)

This morning we all meet at Yamba Shores Tavern, on a lovely covered deck overlooking the Clarence River, and enjoy a hearty hot breakfast. We then take an exclusive cruise from Yamba to Iluka where we will enjoy morning tea with a view. Time to head for home, stopping for a fabulous long lunch at the Tumbulgum Tavern overlooking the Tweed River. Enjoy the talents of Tenor Tom McCahon, a man of many voices, offering a repertoire of Scottish & Operatic favourites.
