Travelling 14km from Alice Springs into the isolated East MacDonnell Ranges you’re greeted by a unique and beautiful outdoor venue. An old quarry converted into the likes of a rustic cattle station. As the sun sets the colours of the quarry come to life in an array of outback colours.
Visitors are treated to a relaxed evening of entertainment and outback cuisine. There’s time to wet your whistle at the bar and have a chat with locals who will happily share their stories of life in the outback. Transport is offered to and from the site, with daily departures between 5pm and 6pm, and return trips between 8pm and 8:30pm.
Dinner includes an array of outback specialties and a mouth-watering meal of prime Australian beef. Drinks are included, and you can wander up to the bar whenever you like. The music, as you might expect, showcases timeless Australian songs.
The team can accommodate dietary requirements; however, they must be given at least 72 hours notice, as they cannot cater for restrictions on-site.
