It all started in 1991 when Toni began hosting packaged holidays for Qld Pensioners using rail concessions on tourism trains to Rockhampton. In 2002, Fun Over Fifty was launched and it has expanded rapidly offering tours from Australia to the world. Toni continually researches for new and amazing destinations to offer her much-valued customer base. Toni has been involved in the tourism industry for 26 years.
Best Travel Tip: Always plan for delays and try not to get upset when things inevitably go wrong. Patience is extremely important when travelling.

Rob is General Manager of Coach Operations and Coach Captain, dedicated to delivering interesting and entertaining commentary while on tour. He has extensive on-road experience along with a professional commentary about the regions and towns you are travelling through. Rob is trained in all aspects of heavy vehicles and defensive driving.

Jan has been with Fun Over Fifty from the very beginning! She works her magic planning amazing travel destinations with our product development team and brings her creative flair to the business, specialising in designing tours to Tasmania, Victoria, the Top End and Western Australia. Mitchell, the newest member of the Fun Over Fifty team and son of Toni, graduated high school 2 years ago and is a CASA approved drone pilot. Mitchell is fulfilling a role in the marketing and social media team and providing quality photography and support to the administration team. Mitchell hopes to extend his role within the company by gaining his coach licence to join the on-road crew in the future.

Cassie has over 15 years administration experience having worked previously in the print and building industries and brings proficiency in planning, scheduling, document management and customer service. Kirsty has a wealth of administration experience from various industries including Travel, Radio and Television. Kirsty’s background includes Office Administration, Executive Assistant, Customer Services and Sales. Kirsty has travelled extensively throughout Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and the USA. Kirsty’s role in the office is to process booking confirmations, reservations, accounts, ticketing and customer/agent email enquiries.
Best Travel Tip: Bring a bright coloured suitcase when travelling or tie a bright ribbon to your bag. It makes it identifiable on the baggage carousel.

Jackie has over 15 years of customer service experience and a strong background in administration. Jackie has spent many years working in the airline industry as a domestic flight attendant, travelling extensively around Australia, as well as in the automotive industry where she delivered proficient document planning and exceptional customer service.

Peta has spent many years working in events management and also has experience as a travel consultant. Peta’s love of adventure has seen her travel the world, visiting destinations in Europe, Africa, Asia, North America and the South Pacific, as well travelling Australia. Peta’s role in the office includes managing flight arrangements, assisting with phone reservations and preparing passenger and crew documentation.

Sarah started with Fun Over Fifty as an intern assisting the team and learning about the business. As she finishes her Bachelor of International Hotel and Tourism Management, she continues to work part time in the office taking reservations, booking flights and preparing passenger and crew documentation. Sarah loves to travel and has visited New Zealand and many destinations in Europe and Asia.

Our furry family are an integral part of the Fun Over Fifty team. Our “stress relief crew” are always on hand to accept a pat or cuddle and include two dogs, Maggie (pictured) and Buck and two cats, Butch and Jasper. Our free range chickens also roam the premises and ensure we have fresh eggs for lunch.
